Seller Love Letter

Dear Prospective Homebuyers,

We are writing to you with a heartfelt message about the place we have come to call home. In 2019, just months before the world was engulfed by the Covid lockdown, we found ourselves moving into this very house. Little did we know that the challenging times ahead would make us
appreciate it even more.

During those initial months of uncertainty and isolation, we embarked on our first home project; building a deck in the backyard, which became a safe haven where we could all find peace and joy amidst the chaos. Over the course of four years, we have poured our hearts into caring for
this home. Countless updates and improvements have been made, from new windows to a remodeled downstairs bathroom and bedroom. We have lovingly maintained every corner of this home with the help of Erin’s dad, who can build just about anything.

But it wasn't just our home that captured our hearts; it was the community that embraced us. Our neighbors became more than just friendly faces; they became an extended family. In this neighborhood, there is a remarkable sense of togetherness and support. A few highlights were
leisurely walks around the neighborhood, playdates with neighborhood kids at the newly remodeled Allendale Park, and walking to our favorite restaurant, Phnom Penh.

As we prepare to say our farewells, we wanted to extend an invitation to you, the prospective homebuyers. We hope that you will find the same love and happiness here that we have experienced.

With warm regards,

Robert, Erin, Amel, Miles, and Isaac

Featuring older Bungalow-style homes, many of which have been fully upgraded from the inside-out, the Laurel District combines the quaint feel of 1940s California with a modern assortment of restaurants, shops, and annual festivals. Laurel hosts an annual, dog-friendly Street Fair. Held every August, the street fair features an incredible lineup of musicians, plus food, drinks and good from a variety of reputable artisan vendors.

Residents of Laurel can walk to a wide variety of restaurants and try several different cuisines any day of the week. Notable restaurants in the neighborhood include:
Sequoia Diner: Offering a delectable menu of breakfast and lunch staples, everything at Sequoia Diner is made from scratch. A fantastic option for breakfast with friends and family.
Miliki Restaurant: Savor the flavors of West Africa in this popular dining establishment. Add in a small stage for live music and a DJ, and transport yourself into a different-yet-fun culture without leaving town.
The Laurel District is conveniently located next to I-580, and is less than 15 miles from the heart of San Francisco.
